Tested Quality

InnoPlastics AG is continuously committed to high quality. Application-oriented quality testing is the special feature of InnoPlastics AG's quality assurance system. Careful data collection, from the raw material to the end product, ensures traceability. Each product is based on a specification and is manufactured according to a special formulation, the end product is homogenized and then subjected to an application-related final inspection.

Depending on the application, specific test methods are used to ensure that the product works perfectly. In addition to visual inspections, material density, MFR, buoyancy measurement and, depending on the application, impact strength and other application-specific tests are carried out in the laboratory. A DSC device is also available to our customers for material analyses. The final assessment determines the release of the material. All analyses are carefully archived.
